R.L. Kaplan is a Self Taught Artist that was accepted into the world of Fine Art. Grant Recipient of the National Endowment of the Arts, his grand scale artworks have been featured in Edward Thorp Galleries in New York City on multiple occasions, including a feature exhibit “Paintings from the 80’s” where twelve of his paintings were put on display.
